Enrolled beneficiaries present their digital MPF™ Patient ID at any licensed provider. The provider submits a standard HIPAA 837 claim to Payer ID: FUNDS through their existing clearinghouse. MPF™ Claim Rules Validator scrubs the claim against sponsor-defined Rules and the banking partner executes EFT directly to the provider. A 835 ERA is returned via clearinghouse. The account sponsor receives real-time financial reporting — no PHI disclosed.
